We started this ranch from scratch — just a patch of pasture, a few good cattle, and a lot of determination. There was no fancy setup, no big investors — just a dream to raise honest, grass-fed beef right here in Hawaiʻi.
In those early days, everything was built by hand and with heart — fencing pastures under the sun, hauling water, learning the land, and figuring it out one calf at a time. Each season taught us more about what the ʻāina needed and what our cattle needed to thrive.


As the herd grew, we began introducing Angus genetics — known for their marbling, tenderness, and consistent carcass quality. The goal wasn't to chase numbers, but to raise cattle that finished well on grass and produced beef our customers could taste the difference in.
Today, every animal we raise carries that blend of local adaptation and Angus excellence — bred for flavor, raised with respect, and finished on open Hawaiian pastures.
